Storyline
Unknown Seoul follows the story of the twin sisters who look alike but are different in personalities, who swap their lives for some reason and lead entirely different lives through a lie.
About Unknown Seoul TV Series
Unknown Seoul (Korean: 미지의 서울) is an upcoming South Korean television Coming-of-age, Romance series written by Lee Kang and directed by Park Shin-woo starring Park Bo-young, Park Jin-young, and Ryu Kyung-soo.
Director Park Shin-woo, who directed Don’t Dare to Dream (2016), It’s Okay to Not Be Okay (2020), and Lovestruck in the City (2020–2021), is in charge of directing, and Youth of May (2021) writer Lee Kang is in charge of writing. Studio Dragon is producing and Monster Union and Higround are co-producing.
On July 25, 2024, Newsen posted that Park Bo-young received an offer for the series. On the same date, Ten Asia posted that Park had been offered and will be acting. On September 26, BH Entertainment told Newsen that Park Jin-young received an offer to be acting. On October 8, News 1 posted that Ryu Kyung-soo had been offered the lead. On December 3, Park Bo-young and Jin-young were reported to be confirmed to be acting.
Principal photography began at the end of 2024.
