Storyline:
Follows a woman who is planning her sister’s wedding and the father of another bride-to-be. They discover that they are double-booked for their destination wedding, so both parties decide to share the venue, but chaos and disaster await.
About You’re Cordially Invited Movie:
Nicholas Stoller will write, direct and produce the film from his own script that he wrote himself, while Will Ferrell and Reese Witherspoon are set to star and serve as producers alongside Jessica Elbaum, Gloria Sanchez, Conor Welch, and Lauren Neustadter. Serving as executive producers are Ashley Strumwasser, Alex Brown, and Gloria Sanchez.
The project landed at Amazon Studios in July 2022. Will Ferrell and Reese Witherspoon were revealed to be attached to the project in June 2022. It also stars Geraldine Viswanathan and Meredith Hagner.
Principal photography began in Atlanta in May 2023.
