About The Pet Detective Movie
The Pet Detective is an exciting upcoming Malayalam romantic comedy-drama film directed by debutant Praneesh Vijayan, who co-wrote the script with Jai Vishnu. The film features Anupama Parameswaran and Sharafudheen in the lead roles.
This film marks a significant milestone for Sharafudheen, as he is not only starring in it but also making his debut as a producer under his newly launched banner, Sharafuddin Productions.
The first look and title were unveiled on April 7, 2024. Filming began with a puja ceremony at Thrikkakara Sri Vamanamoorthy Temple on April 25, 2024, in Ernakulam, and wrapped up in October 2024.
The music is composed by Rajesh Murugesan, known for his captivating melodies that perfectly complement the storytelling. The cinematography is handled by Anend C. Chandran, while Abhinav Sunder Nayak is in charge of editing, ensuring a visually engaging and well-paced narrative.
