About Lilly Movie

Lilly is an American drama film directed by Rachel Feldman, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Adam Prince. The film features Patricia Clarkson in the lead role as Lilly Ledbetter, with John Benjamin Hickey, Thomas Sadoski, and Josh McDermitt in supporting roles.

The film tells the inspiring story of Lilly Ledbetter, a factory worker in Alabama who uncovers pay discrimination and courageously fights for justice. Her battle reaches the Supreme Court and leads to a landmark legislative change.

Lilly made its world premiere at the Hamptons International Film Festival on October 10, 2024. Sadly, just two days later, Lilly Ledbetter passed away at the age of 86. In February 2025, Blue Harbor Entertainment acquired the distribution rights and scheduled the film for a theatrical release on May 9, 2025.
