Storyline:
The wait is finally over. Watch as Salman Khan welcomes the new contestants into the thrilling world of Bigg Boss Season 18. Yeh raat hogi full of excitement and surprises as the contestant’s step into the house for the first time, setting the stage for an unforgettable season ahead.
About Bigg Boss 18 TV Series:
Bigg Boss 18 also known as Bigg Boss: Time Ka Tandav is the eighteenth season of the Indian Hindi-language reality show Bigg Boss.
The theme for this season is Time Ka Tandav, where Bigg Boss explores the contestants’ past, present, and future.
The teaser, voiced by Salman Khan, was released on September 16, 2024, announcing the theme and arrival of the new season. On September 22, Colors TV released a promo featuring Khan, confirming his return to the show after his absence from the OTT version and revealing the premiere date.
During the Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 finale on September 29, 2024, Nia Sharma was announced as the first confirmed contestant. However, she later disclosed that she would not participate.
From October 3 to October 5, promotional clips featuring Shilpa Shirodkar, Shehzada Dhami, Chaahat Pandey, Vivian Dsena, Alice Kaushik, Gunratan Sadavarte, and Eisha Singh were released. On October 6, a grand premiere promo introduced Avinash Mishra, along with a promo featuring Hrithik Roshan introducing Arfeen Khan and Sara Arfeen Khan.
The show premiered on October 6, 2024, on Colors TV and JioCinema, with Salman Khan hosting for the fifteenth time. Episodes aired on weekdays at 10 PM, with Tandav Ka Overtime extending the standard hour-long episodes. From Week 4, Weekend Ka Vaar aired on Fridays and Saturdays, with Friday titled Shukravaar Ka Vaar and Saturday as Shanivaar Ka Vaar, with evictions occurring on Saturdays. Sundays featured the segment Haaye Daiya with Ravi Bhaiyya Garda Udaa Denge, hosted by Season 1 finalist Ravi Kishan.
During Week 5’s weekend episodes, Salman Khan was absent, with Ekta Kapoor hosting Friday’s episode and Rohit Shetty hosting Saturday’s. From Week 6, weekend episodes returned to Saturday and Sunday, while Haaye Daiya with Ravi Bhaiyya Garda Udaa Denge aired on Fridays.

The eye design for this season featured a color scheme of blue, gold, and white. At its center was a striking stylized blue eye with intricate textures resembling an iris and pupil. Surrounding the eye was a circular clock motif with gold outlines and clock markings, emphasizing a theme of time and vigilance.
House
The house for this season featured a “timeless cave and fort-like” theme and was located in Film City, Mumbai, for the sixth time. It consisted of seven sections: the living area, kitchen area, dining and sitting area, bedroom area, garden area, jail, and confession room. A large Trojan horse structure marked the entrance.
The BB jail resembled a cave with white walls, small beds, and a telephone positioned near the bedroom. The swimming area had rocky surroundings, and the bathroom was styled as a Turkish hammam. Similar to the previous two seasons, the house’s entrance and exit were through a tunnel instead of a main door. A total of 107 cameras were installed to monitor the contestants.

- Shilpa Shirodkar – Actress. She worked primarily in Hindi language films in 1990’s. In 2013, she made a comeback to acting with Ek Mutthi Aasmaan.
- Tajinder Bagga – Politician. He is a member of Bharatiya Janata Party.
- Shrutika Arjun – Actress and entrepreneur. She previously acted in Tamil and Malayalam movies. She made a comeback with reality show Cooku with Comali (Season-3) finishing in first place.
- Nyrraa Banerjee – Actress. She is known for her roles in Divya Drishti and Pishachini. She also participated in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 13.
- Chum Darang – Actress and model. She was the winner of the beauty pageant Miss AAPSU and is known for her roles in Badhaai Do and Gangubai Kathiawadi.
- Karanveer Mehra – Actor. He is known for his roles in Pavitra Rishta and Ragini MMS 2. He also participated in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 finishing in first place.
- Rajat Dalal – Fitness influencer and former weightlifter.
- Muskan Bamne – Actress. She is known for her role in Anupamaa.
- Arfeen Khan – Life coach and motivational speaker. He is the husband of Sara Arfeen Khan.
- Sara Arfeen Khan – Actress and wellness coach. She is the wife of Arfeen Khan.
- Eisha Singh – Actress. She is known for her roles in Ishq Ka Rang Safed, Ishq Subhan Allah, Sirf Tum, and Bekaboo.
- Gunratan Sadavarte – Lawyer. He is known for being involved in Maharashtra’s “Maratha Aarakshan” case.
- Hema Sharma – Social media influencer and actress. She has gained recognition under the name “Viral Bhabhi”.
- Vivian Dsena – Actor. He is known for his roles Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani, Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki and Sirf Tum. He also participated in the reality series Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8 and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7.

Bigg Boss (Season 18) Nomination notes:
- On Day 3, housemates had to voice out nominations. If a housemate received three or more nominations, they were nominated.
- On Day 10, Gunratan left the house due to prior work commitments.
- On Day 10, Bigg Boss asked Time God to nominate two housemates who became shopkeepers for the nomination task. In each round, two housemates who were left out were nominated, while the remaining housemates were safe.
- On Day 11, housemates chose between sending two housemates to jail or evicting a previously nominated housemate for a luxury ration. Avinash was evicted but later re-entered on the same day.
- On Day 17, Shrutika had control over nominations and chose who could nominate housemates.
- On Day 18, Sara received the Expiry Soon tag, and Tajinder and Muskan were ranked as the bottom two based on their contributions, receiving the Expiry Soon tag as well.
- On Day 24, housemates had to nominate two others, but Chum’s right to nominate was canceled.
- On Day 30, Time God nominated eight housemates. Digvijay and Kashish were exempt. Four housemates could be saved if more than four voted for their safety.
- On Day 37, housemates nominated two others while Time God could cancel votes by any three housemates.
- On Day 41, Time God could save one nominated housemate.
- On Day 44, Time God controlled nomination rights, ranging from 0 to 5 for housemates.
- On Day 48, Time God could decide whether to save Kashish from nomination.
- On Day 51, three new wild card entrants were nominated. Old housemates nominated in pairs, with the Time God having the power to save any pair. A double eviction was announced.
- On Day 55, housemates voted to save one of the three new wild card entrants.
- On Day 58, housemates nominated by at least three others were directly nominated. Time God could exempt three nominees.
- On Day 63, housemates nominated one nominee for eviction.
- On Day 65, housemates nominated two others while Time God could save any housemate, with a maximum of three housemates being saved.
- On Day 68, a nominated housemate could save themselves if safe housemates reached Time God first, carrying their photo.
- On Day 72, housemates nominated two others, while Time God canceled the nomination rights of one male and two female housemates.

- On Day 86, Time God saved two housemates and then orchestrated a replacement process, nominating others.
- On Day 93, nominations were based on groups counting for 13 minutes; the group with the most deviation was nominated.
- On Day 96, Chaahat and Rajat remained nominated for the weekend eviction process.
- On Day 100, all housemates were nominated by Bigg Boss as it was Finale Week.

Bigg Boss season 18 grand finale took place on 19 January 2025, where Karan Veer Mehra emerged as the winner, while Vivian Dsena was the runner-up.
