Storyline:
In this tale, David heads to a wedding in his old car with a unique GPS. He meets Sarah, and together, they embark on a journey suggested by the GPS. Along the way, they confront their pasts and explore painted landscapes, leading to a deeper connection. As they contemplate their future, they face a crucial decision about their relationship.
About A Big Bold Beautiful Journey Movie:
In December 2020, A Big Bold Beautiful Journey, written by Seth Reiss, was featured on the annual The Blacklist. In February 2024, it was announced that Kogonada would direct the film with Reiss producing. Margot Robbie and Colin Farrell were set to star.
Later that month, Sony Pictures acquired global rights to the film for $50 million at the European Film Market. In April 2024, Lily Rabe, Jodie Turner-Smith, Phoebe Waller-Bridge and newcomer Lucy Thomas joined the cast.
Filming began in April 2024 in California. In May, Billy Magnussen, Sarah Gadon, Hamish Linklater, Brandon Perea, Yuvi Hecht, Calahan Skogman, Chloe East, Jacqueline Novak and Jennifer Grant rounded out the cast.
