The Railway Children Return is a family drama movie, which serves as a sequel to the 1970 film, The Railway Children, itself based on the E. Nesbit novel. The movie is directed by Morgan Matthews and written by Danny Brocklehurst.
The movie follows a group of children who are evacuated to a Yorkshire village during the Second World War, where they encounter a young soldier who, like them, is far away from home.
