About Subham Movie

Subham is an upcoming Telugu horror-comedy drama film, directed by Praveen Kandregula and written by Vasanth Maringanti. It is being produced under Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s newly established production company, Tralala Moving Pictures, which happens to be her first production venture.

The cast includes Harshith Reddy, Gavireddy Srinivas, Charan Peri, Shriya Kontham, Shravani Lakshmi, Shalini Kondepudi, and Vamshidhar Goud.

The film was announced officially on 15 March 2025, by actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu on her Instagram, where she shared, “With utmost excitement, we at Tralala Moving Pictures are proud to announce our first theatrical production, Subham, ready for release. Stay tuned!!!”

The teaser was released on March 31, 2025, on the auspicious occasion of Ugadi. It begins with a newlywed couple having a lighthearted conversation on their first night. As the groom talks about his habits, the bride casually turns on the TV and starts watching a popular soap opera. When the groom tries to tell her that it’s not the right time for TV, she eerily turns around and whispers, “Shhh,” hinting at the film’s blend of horror and comedy.
