Sew Torn Storyline
Barbara Duggen (Eve Connolly), a mobile seamstress, gets tangled in her own thread after stealing a briefcase from a drug deal gone bad. In an escalating game of cat and mouse, her different choices lead to drastically different outcomes along the way.

Sew Torn is a US-Swiss co-production crime thriller film directed by Freddy Macdonald, who also co-wrote the screenplay with his father Fred Macdonald. The film stars Eve Connolly, Calum Worthy, John Lynch, K. Callan, Ron Cook, Thomas Douglas and others
Sew Torn is the first full-length feature film by the director and is based on his 2019 six-minute short film of the same name.
Filming took place in the fall of 2022 in Switzerland’s Tamina Valley and Bad Ragaz, located in the Sarganserland-Werdenberg region. The same locations were also used for Macdonald’s short film.
