Laaj Sharanam (Nepali: लाज शरणम) is a Nepali comedy-drama film written and directed by Kumar Kattel. The film stars Sitaram Kattel, Bijay Baral, Arpan Thapa, Arjun, Sagar Lamsal, Hari Niraula, Mukunda Shrestha, Bijay Lama, and Arjun Ghimir.

The film Laaj Sharanam was produced by Nabin Shrestha under the banner of JPT Creation, with music composed by Alish Karki, Yogesh Kaji Shah, and Sailendra M Pradhan. Sudip Baral handles cinematography, while Milan Shrestha is in charge of editing.

The film was officially announced on July 22, 2024. The film’s first look poster was revealed on January 1, 2024, and the teaser was released on January 30, 2025, across various social media platforms.

Laaj Sharanam has found itself at the center of controversy after former Minister Mohammad Aftab Alam filed a writ petition. He alleged that the film’s promotional materials featured a character bearing a strong resemblance to him without his consent.
