Storyline:
Set several generations in the future following Caesar’s reign, in which apes are the dominant species living harmoniously and humans have been reduced to living in the shadows. As a new tyrannical ape leader builds his empire, one young ape undertakes a harrowing journey that will cause him to question all that he has known about the past and to make choices that will define a future for apes and humans alike.

Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes is an American science fiction action film, starring Owen Teague in the lead role alongside Freya Allan, Kevin Durand, Peter Macon, and William H. Macy.
Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes serves as the sequel to War for the Planet of the Apes (2017) and is the fourth installment in the Planet of the Apes reboot franchise.
This film will not be a reboot and will be connected to the previous trilogy. It is set about 300 years after War for the Planet of the Apes (2017).
Development of the film began in April 2019. Principal photography began in October 2022 at Disney Studios Australia in Sydney and wrapped in February 2023.
A teaser trailer was released on November 2, 2023. The first trailer received 75 million online views within the first 24 hours.
Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes was released by 20th Century Studios in the United States on May 10, 2024. Initially, the film was set for release on May 24, 2024, but was rescheduled two weeks earlier to avoid competition with Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga and The Garfield Movie during Memorial Day weekend.
This is the first film in Planet of the Apes film series to be distributed by Walt Disney Motion Pictures.
