Storyline

Years after a tragic incident with a cursed Ludo game, three friends return to their abandoned dormitory to confront their haunted past and unravel a deadly Nepalese folklore curse.

Khel is a Nepali horror thriller film. It is directed by Anurag Pradhan and Astha Shrestha and written by Abhitendra and Bishnu Gaire. Produced by Shirupatey Films, the film stars Surakshya Panta, Monika Thapa, Samapika Gautam, and Hena Nagarkoti in the lead roles.

The film was officially announced on July 31, 2024. Khel was initially conceived as a Nepali horror web series, but later turned into a full-length feature film. The first-look poster of the film was unveiled on January 12, 2025, and the second-look poster on March 18, 2025.
