About House of David TV Series
House of David is an American historical action-adventure drama series developed by Jon Erwin for Amazon Prime Video. The series is being produced by The Wonder Project, a studio led by Erwin and Kelly Merryman Hoogstraten, in cooperation with Amazon MGM Studios.
After a four-month casting search, Michael Iskander was selected to play David. The cast also includes Ali Suliman as King Saul, Ayelet Zurer as Queen Ahinoam, Stephen Lang as Samuel, and Martyn Ford as Goliath.
Filming began in Greece and Calgary in 2024.

House of David premiered on February 27, 2025, with the first three episodes released on Amazon Prime Video, followed by weekly episodes until April 3, 2025. It received praise for its production values and faithfulness to Jewish traditions and the Christian biblical narrative. It has been renewed for a second season
