About Good Day TV Series
Background
Good Day, a variety show designed to resemble a reality show was hailed as G-Dragon’s first solo entertainment show. Kim Tae-ho, the well-known producer of Infinite Challenge (2005–2018), directed. It was the first time the two had reunited since their lengthy collaborations on the show, which included participation in episodes like “Muhan Sangsa” and song competitions.
With this endeavor, Kim returns to MBC for the first time in three years since his last collaboration with Yoo, Hangout; before leaving the network in 2021 to start his own production business, TEO, that same year.
The program began with a proposal from G-Dragon himself, who was motivated by his desire to use music for a “meaningful purpose”.
