The results are in, and Brandon Leake Is the Winner of ‘America’s Got Talent‘ 2020. After months of competition, Brandon ended up winning over the most votes, in the end, beating out an impressive roster of contestants such as vocalist Archie Williams, aerialist Alan Silva, and the acrobatic Bello Sisters.

The fifteenth season of America’s Got Talent was broadcast in the United States during 2020, from May 26 to September 23 on NBC. This season is most notable for being impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.

Brandon’s very first audition, Howie, who ended up giving him the golden buzzer for his powerful words. He showed his talent and reached the quarter-finals, semi-finals, and the final with the highest number of votes.

Final time on the AGT stage, he performed emotional spoken word pieces throughout the series and host Terry Crews announced on Wednesday night’s final, he took the season 15 crown. Brandon will still be awarded the $1 million prize.

Also on the night, duo Broken Roots finished in second, powerhouse singer Christina Rae came third and eleven-year-old Canadian singer Roberta Battaglia finished fourth.

The two-hour finale featured a performance from Usher, and guest collaborations from the likes of Ava Max, Blake Shelton, and OneRepublic.
