Ameku Takao no Suiri Karte (天久鷹央の推理カルテ), also known as Ameku M.D.: Doctor Detective, is a Japanese medical, mystery, drama directed by Hisashi Kimura, Naomi Tamura, Yuta Yoshikawa, Hiroki Kashiwagi and written by Mikito Chinen (novel), Hideya Hamada, starring Hashimoto Kanna, Miura Shohei, Sasaki Nozomi, Takashima Reiko.

Ameku Takao no Suiri Karte is based on the novel series by Mikito Chinen, which revolves around a brilliant female doctor who solves complex medical and criminal cases at a general hospital’s Department of Diagnosis.​

Ameku Takao no Suiri Karte Storyline

Takao Ameku (Kanna Hashimoto) is a genius doctor with incredible intelligence and memory. She works as a deputy director and head of the general diagnostic department at a general hospital run by her family. She has an irrepressible interest in inexplicable and unscientific phenomenons that occur to people. She solves these hard to unravel mysteries in pursuit of making a correct diagnosis. She has autism spectrum disorder, which makes it difficult for her to read other people’s feelings and she often causes trouble with other doctors. One day, new member, Yu Takanashi (Shohei Miura), joins the general diagnostic department. He is newly assigned as a physician to the general diagnostic department and he formerly worked as a surgeon at a university hospital. He is skilled at reading other’s feelings and supports what arrogant Takao Ameku speaks about in his own softer way. He becomes a buffer between Takao Ameku and those around her. Meanwhile, working with Yu Takanashi allows Takao Ameku to gradually open her mind to those around her.
