About Who Is She TV Series
Who Is She (Korean: 수상한 그녀) is a South Korean television series directed by Park Yong-soon and written by Heo Seung-min starring Kim Hae-sook, Jung Ji-so, Jung Jin-young, and Chae Won-bin.
Filmed under the working title Miss Granny, the drama is helmed by Park Yong-soon, who had produced dramas Secret Mother (2018), Wanted (2016) and Divorce Lawyer in Love (2015), and written by Heo Seung-min, who had written Risky Romance (2018) and There Is a Blue Bird (2014). It is produced by Studio V Plus, Idea Factory, Higround, and Yein Plus. It is the tenth remake of the 2014 film Miss Granny by Hwang Dong-hyuk.
On March 3, 2023, Jung Ji-so was cast as the female lead of the series. On September 15, Newsen confirmed from BB Entertainment that they considered Jung Jin-young’s appearance positively. On September 20, Seoul Economic Daily Star reported that Kim Hae-sook was confirmed to be joining the cast.
On 9 July 2024, the production team for the series revealed that Jung, who had played young rocker Ban Ji-ha in the original film, had confirmed his appearance but would appear in another role.
