Storyline
After a near-death drowning accident, a young boy’s family is horrified to discover he has become possessed by a legendary demon from the depths of the lake. As the family races against time to save the boy’s soul, the evil monster inside the child tears the family apart as it seeks to destroy everyone in its path.
About Bloat Movie
Bloat is an international co-production horror film written and directed by Pablo Absento, marking his feature directorial debut. The film stars Ben McKenzie, Bojana Novakovic, Sawyer Jones, Malcolm Fuller, and Kane Kosugi.
Filming started in New York City and concluded in Tokyo in October. Post-production was completed by mid-2023. The film marks the second collaboration between Bazelevs Company and Pulsar Content.
