The show is the Indian franchise of the American show Shark Tank. It shows entrepreneurs making business presentations to a panel of investors or sharks, who decide whether to invest in their company.

The show features a panel of potential investors or angel investors, termed as “Sharks”, who listen to entrepreneurs’ pitch ideas for a business or product they wish to develop. These self-made multi-millionaires judge the business concepts and products pitched and then decide whether to invest their money to help market and mentor each contestant.
Shark Tank India Season 5 Sharks
Anupam Mittal, Aman Gupta, Vineeta Singh, Namita Thapar, and Peyush Bansal are the only sharks who have been part of the show consistently from season 1 through season 4, and they’re also expected to return for season 5.
Ashneer Grover and Ghazal Alagh were part of the original lineup in season 1 but left the show afterward for various reasons. Amit Jain joined as a shark in seasons 2 and 3, while Azhar Iqubal, Ritesh Agarwal, and Varun Dua came on board starting from season 3, and there’s a good chance they’ll be back for season 5 as well.
According to some sources, season 5 might also introduce a few new sharks to the panel, keeping the excitement alive.

Shark Tank India Season 5 Host
The first season of Shark Tank India was hosted by Rannvijay Singh. For seasons 2 and 3, Rahul Dua took over as the presenter, replacing Singh.
In season 4, Sahiba Bali and Aashish Solanki took over as the new hosts of Shark Tank India, replacing Rahul Dua. Both are expected to continue hosting in season 5 as well.
