Pathaan is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film written and directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Aditya Chopra. The film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, alongside Dimple Kapadia and Ashutosh Rana.
The film score is composed by Sanchit Balhara and Ankit Balhara while the songs featured in the film are composed by Vishal–Shekhar and produced by Abhijit Nalani (Besharam Rang) Meghdeep Bose (Jhoome Jo Pathaan).
Vishal-Shekhar reunited with producer Meghdeep Bose on the music arrangement and production of songs, after previously collaborating on the songs of Tiger Zinda Hai (2017). The first single titled “Besharam Rang” was released on 12 December 2022. The second single titled “Jhoome Jo Pathaan” was released on 22 December 2022. Songs are recorded at Vishal and Shekhar Studio and YRF Studios.
