Karthikeya 2 Movie (2022):
Karthikeya 2 is a Telugu mystery action-adventure film written and directed by Chandoo Mondeti. A sequel to the 2014 film Karthikeya, it stars Nikhil Siddhartha and Anupama Parameswaran. The film is produced by Abhishek Agarwal Arts and People Media Factory. In the film, Dr. Karthikeya is on a quest to find the lost anklet of Lord Krishna.
The film was officially launched in March 2020. Filming took place in India, predominantly in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh, in addition to Spain, Portugal, and Greece in Europe from February 2021 to March 2022. Made on an budget of ₹15 crore, Karthikeya 2 was released on 13 August 2022 to positive reviews from critics and emerged as a sleeper hit, in both Telugu and Hindi, becoming the 6th highest-grossing Telugu films of 2022.

Before the Kalyug begins, Lord Krishna hands over an anklet that holds the answer to all of world’s miseries. Years later a doctor finds himself in the thick of things when the pursuit for the anklet carries on. A doctor with a curious mind, Karthikeya, aka Karthik, believes in pursuing the truth. The quest leads Karthik to discover the power of the ancient Indian belief system and the essence of Krishna.
